P6 Online Training Confirmation

Thank you for registering for our live online P6 training program. You will be receiving an invitation to the training from GoToMeeting. Please accept the invitation so that we know you received it. Also, for multi-session online classes each session will have a separate invitation.

In preparation for your live online training class, we ask that you do the following prior to the class to ensure you have the best possible training experience:

1. A second monitor is recommended so that you can practice using the software while the instructor is demonstrating its features.
2. If you are planning to use VOIP (i.e., use audio through your laptop or desktop) we require that you use a headset in order to avoid background noise and feedback from the microphone/speakers.
3. If you are planning to use a speaker phone, please ensure you are in a quiet area with minimal background noise.
4. Please turn off your cell phone, pager, or any other communications devices.

During the training, we will be asking you questions to verify your understand of the material, and we occasionally will turn over control of the screen to you so you can demonstrate your ability to complete some tasks. Interaction with the instructor is critical to your understanding of the materials, so we strongly encourage your full participation.
