Primavera Scheduling offers in-person Primavera P6 classes for one or two days – at your location or ours. In just 8 hours (P6 101) we can teach you how to create a new schedule with layouts and filters, update the schedule, and run baseline comparisons. This class covers the entire project life cycle in the Primavera P6 environment. Please note, the training programs for Primavera P6 Professional cover releases 8.0 and newer.
Need more instruction? Our very-intensive 2-day program (P6 102) adds advanced update techniques, schedule analysis, cost and resource-loading, and recommended tools. In you need a refresher before moving on to advanced P6 skills, P6 101 is the best choice.
No software required: we provide training laptops with Primavera P6 for all classes in our Citrus Heights, CA offices. There is an additional fee of $50/day for laptop rentals in other locations.
Small classes: Our classes are intentionally kept small in order to foster more interaction between the instructor and students. In-person classes are limited to six (6) students unless we are teaching a private group or organization. Small classes give everyone a chance to ask questions and perform exercises. We are the only training firm that limits class sizes.
Meet the lead instructor: all of our in-person training programs were designed by Bill Pepoon, a master scheduler and Certified Primavera P6 Implementation Specialist with 40 years’ scheduling experience. He is one of the leading experts on CPM scheduling in the United States and has testified extensively on scheduling and delays. You will learn Primavera P6 based on practical knowledge of scheduling. We are not just trainers!
Training Locations: We offer classroom training in every week in Citrus Heights, CA. Group training is available anywhere else in the United States for a flat-fee that includes instructional time, training manuals, follow-up support for 30 days, and travel expenses for our instructor. We are the number one provider of onsite Primavera training in the United States. Please contact lead instructor Bill Pepoon to request specific training dates and locations.
Cancellation Policy. For in-person training sessions our cancellation policy is as follows: training cancelled two or more weeks prior to the scheduled date(s) will result in a 20% chargeback. Training cancelled less than two weeks prior to the scheduled date(s) will result in a 100% chargeback. These chargebacks will be waived if the student reschedules within 30 days of the original class date(s).
Dress for in-person training is business casual; please, no tank tops, shorts, or flip-flops. Jeans and tee shirts are acceptable, although we request that tee shirts not have objectionable or profane language or graphics. There is no smoking or use of any tobacco products in our office.
