For individuals who are new to scheduling, Primavera Scheduling offers an introduction to planning and the CPM method of scheduling, and a more in-depth look at Primavera P6 in our 3-day program. This class is for P6 Professional. This program is not available online. Classes are taught on a regular basis at our Sacramento, CA location, but we also provide private instruction for individuals and groups. You choose the dates! Best for: people who are new to scheduling and project management (or who want a refresher course in scheduling) and who have never used any type of schedule management program. Covers advanced Primavera topics such as resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules and earned value.

Otherwise know as "the whole shebang", P6 103 is our premier training class. We start off with a review of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and proper planning. You will learn about the forward and backward passes: these algorithms determine the length of the project and the amount of float on each activity. I had to do this manually back in college but thankfully P6 does the job for me now. This class includes everything we teach in P6 101 and P6 102. And because of our small class sizes we can cover more in three days than any other training firm!
